a versatile mat for heavier duty equipment
Our mats are manufactured from quality rough cut Oak or dense mixed hardwood. We use 3/8” x 4 ½”, 5 ½” steel carriage bolts with nuts recessed and countersunk. Bolt patterns are designed to help prevent diamonding during application and handling. During assembly each board is inspected before placement and drilled with 7/16” bit and 1 ½” counter bore. Each nut is tightened with ½” electric impact for maximum strength. Finally, each mat is inspected before all four edges are painted.
