Jason is a seasoned Estimating Manager with over a decade of experience in cost estimation, bid strategy, and client relationship management across the construction and energy industries. As a strong and effective leader, he has successfully built and mentored high-performing estimating teams, optimized processes, and improved cost estimation methodologies.

Jason enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four sons outside of work. A dedicated sports enthusiast, he passionately follows the Houston Astros and takes pride in coaching his boys’ teams.
