Nancy Deborde

Nancy joined Dakota Matting as a Bookkeeper in 2019, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience with startup companies. She had previously worked remotely with various companies, including an App Designer from Israel, Commercial Marble importers from India, and Commercial Pool Contractors. Excited to connect with Dakota as a remote worker from North Georgia, Nancy was particularly drawn to the company’s culture and commitment to the environment. This culture, characterized by family values, environmental concerns, transparency, and commitment, has not only remained consistent but has intensified over time.
