Noah Fleckenstein

Noah Fleckenstein is an Area Manager for Dakota Matting and Access Solutions. Noah leads projects across our Southeast region and helps develop tailored solutions to our customers’ needs throughout the utility industry.

With over three years in the access industry, he has developed a deep understanding of what’s possible by working closely with customers across multiple geographies and functions. In addition to his current career at Dakota, Noah currently serves as an Engineer Officer for the Army National Guard having taken part in construction projects around the globe.

Noah earned his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel in Charleston, SC, and his PMP certification through the Project Management Institute.
