Ryan Bumstead

Beginning his career in operations, Ryan has embraced the role of an HR professional as a strategic partner, actively contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. Ryan has honed his expertise in talent development, training, and HR operations in the energy and construction industries. Having worked both domestically and internationally, Ryan understands the intricacies of diverse cultures. He firmly believes that people are the lifeblood of any organization and is committed to fostering an environment where every team member thrives.

He earned his BS from Texas A&M University and an MS from Texas A&M University – Commerce, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Furthermore, Ryan is an avid sports fan, in particular of his alma matter Texas A&M and the Houston Astros. He also enjoys traveling to experience new places with his family and friends.
