Scott Koedam

Scott Koedam joined the Dakota team in February 2022 to lead the development of the Ohio Valley Region. With six years of experience in the Midwest market, Scott has a proven track record of successfully managing both small- and large-scale utility projects. He brings a wealth of expertise in relationship building, estimating, project management, operations oversight, and contract negotiations, enabling him to consistently drive project success. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $60 million in combined project revenue while maintaining an impeccable safety and environmental record—even in challenging and complex access environments.

Scott grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, and studied Business Administration and Management at West Virginia University. While at WVU, he was an active member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, a testament to his commitment to professional growth and leadership. Scott now resides in the Columbus, Ohio, area, where he continues to build on his career and contribute to the success of the Dakota team.

Scott values quality time with his wife and three daughters outside of his professional life. He is also passionate about outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, and golfing, and about maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle through fitness.
