Scott Koedam

Scott Koedam joined Dakota Matting in February 2022 to lead development of the Ohio Valley region. With six years of experience in the Midwest market, he has a proven track record managing both small- and large-scale utility projects, with expertise spanning relationship building, estimating, project management, operations oversight, and contract negotiations, consistently maintaining an excellent safety and environmental record even in complex access environments.

He studied Business Administration and Management at West Virginia University, where he was an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
