Having served at Techtronic Industries (HKSE: 0669, $14.6 billion), a multi-billion-dollar, globally recognized enterprise, he has led high-performing teams to enhance procurement strategies, streamline supply chains, and deliver significant value creation.

Originally from England, Bilal earned his degree in Business Management from Liverpool John Moores University, specializing in Procurement and Supply Chain. His expertise spans multiple industries, including Cosmetics & Personal Care, Food, and Engineering, where he has successfully navigated complex procurement landscapes to optimize spending, strengthen supplier partnerships, and mitigate risk.

Throughout his distinguished career, Bilal has consistently delivered impactful results, spearheading large-scale procurement initiatives across direct and indirect categories. Managing portfolios valued at approximately $500 million, he has driven multimillion-dollar cost savings while fostering innovation and operational efficiency. A champion of cross-functional collaboration, Bilal is passionate about breaking down silos and cultivating a “one team” approach to enhance organizational agility and success.
