Stephen Sperry

Coming from a technology background, Steve has made a career in delivering novel, common-sense approaches to existing problems. He is track record is based on finding similar threads in the seemingly disparate while focused on a culture that doesn’t take shortcuts. As a founder of Dakota, Steve created early success by driving a small team to deliver quality results on high profile projects. With the Dakota team growing, Steve has been the architect of an organization focused on efficiency through technology, finding ways to be better stewards to stakeholders, mitigating risk with research, and building a responsible approach to conducting business at the local level.

Steve has always had a love for learning and sports, graduating from Stetson University with a concentration in Computer Information Systems along with 2 years of club wrestling at the University of Florida. After several years in industry, his wife pushed him to complete his MBA at Stetson Law. Steve and his wife are native Floridians raising twins just outside of the Everglades. When the planets align, Steve enjoys surfing, kayaking, and biking with his family. As well as an occasional Old Fashioned with his friends and co-workers.
